Empties!

I have a huge pile of empties that have been building up so I thought I would review some of them!

Bioré Deep Cleansing Pore Strips- I had bought cheaper pore strips before which I really didn't like so I decided to buy these and see if they would work, these seem to be the go to pore strips for most people! They are really easy to apply, they don't have a scent and as long as you dampen you nose well they stick really well and harden really solid, because they do stick well you have to be really slow at peeling them off or it will hurt! Plus doing it slowly means that they really do remove dirt from the clogged pores, I really liked using these and I'm definitely going to buy more!

Olay Silky Berry Cleansing Body Wash- I love this! It was one of those purchases I made after standing in the aisle with all the bubble baths and shower jels smelling each one and eventually decided I loved the smell of this! It smells amazing, very fruity but not too sweet, it foams up really well which is why I used it as body wash and bubble bath too! It has a slight shimmer to it too which was super cute! I can't wait to get some more of this!

Passion Peel Off- This is a pomegranate and passion fruit peel off face mask, the first thing I noticed when I opened the packet was it's had a really unpleasant smell, it was really strong and didn't smell fruity at all, this made it really off putting when I was trying to apply it, it went on quite well but took a very long time to dry! Although I was happy with how easy it was to peel off and it left my skin feeling very smooth but I wouldn't buy this again, I'd rather pick a better scent!

Göt 2B Smooth Operator Hairspray- I don't use hairspray very often and so I've had this for a while but when I started to use this a lot more I ran out! This is great to deal with fly away hairs especially after straightening my hair, I spray some of this on my hair brush and just brush my through and it keeps all the fly always down, it's smells great and holds really well if you use it on an updo. It's made with cashmere so it leaves your hair feeling silky smooth! I will certainly be repurchasing this!

Helpful Honey!

Honey here, honey there, honey honey everywhere! Like I talked about in one of my previous blog posts, I love honey scented things, but honey isn't just great for making things smell yummy and delicious, honey can be used to make your skin, hair and nails feel fabulous and it's all natural! Not only is it super moisturizing, it fights bacteria and is jam packed full of nutrients, anti oxidants and can work wonders for healing! Whether you buy a beauty product that is packed full of honey or you want to give some DIY pamper treatments a go, using honey can be super easy!

Honey is really moisturizing as well as hydrating and soothing on your skin, if you're feeling like you face needs some TLC then use honey as a DIY face mask or pick a face mask that contains honey for more hydrated and smoother skin!
Almost everyone suffers from acne, blemishes and scars, honey is antibacterial which make it an amazing cleanser for acne and blemish prone skin and you can simple apply to specific areas and leave on then wash off! Not only is it antibacterial it has fading affects too which means that if you regularly apply it to a scar it will fade it!
Honey can be great for extra pamper treats as well like lip scrub and nail strengthener! If you mix honey with brown sugar and apply to lip as a gentle exfoliation you lips will be left feeling soft and smooth and if you apply honey to your nails it strengthens your nails and makes your cuticles smooth, after rinsing well!

Lush Bath Bomb Loves!

Who can resist a bath bomb that delivers the prettiest of sights, Shoot For The Stars is one of my most favourite bath bombs and it makes me so sad that I can't buy this regularly! Not only does this look beautiful on display, with the yellow star trails and purple powder galaxies, when dropped in water it produced the most spectacular array of colours that gently foam out into the water as well as a wonderful glittering surprise centre and if the beautiful sights aren't everything then to top it all of it smells like a creamy caramel & honey cocktail and like I said in one of my previous posts I absolutely love honey scents and paired with how beautiful this bath bomb is this is why it is my favourite!Paired with It's Raining Men shower gel for bubbles galore, I love to lay back and take in the heavenly scents!

I love everything pink and girly and Sex Bomb is the ultimate pink bath bomb, it has an amazing fizz and is topped of with the most adorable flower that opens up and floats around your bath. This is one of their classics and is definitely up in my top list! Some of my favourite scents are floral and this rosey one leaves you and your bath smelling like a flower garden. I wish that this bath bomb had glitter in it because I would buy everyone one of these to have my bath a pink glittery rose scented mixture! I find that I love using the Rose Jam Bubblerooon with this to create a pink bubbly heaven. Top your bath with rose petals for that extra piece of pure bliss!

Sweet Talking and Munchmallow!

At so many festivals, events and markets you can always find a food truck or stand that's selling amazing and crazy cupcakes with crazy but delicious flavour combinations! Now imagine those crazy delicious flavour combinations, but instead of cupcakes, with a soft chewy crispy rice square! I was beyond excited when I spotted a Munchmallow food truck at a festival last week, bringing you giant treat squares in over 60 flavours such as Oreo, Nutella , Strawberries & Cream, Red Velvet, S'mores and many more! I decided to go for the Oreo one, classic cookies and cream and it was delicious, perfectly soft and chewy with the crunch of the Oreos mixed in and top with an adorable mini Oreo! I love marshmallow squares as it is and these were a perfect treat! Their food truck is ever constantly on the go but I hope to try more of these treats again! After reading their website I discovered that they can create custom flavours and can even create marshmallow treat cakes in any flavour you wish! You are even able to hire the truck to come to your event for you, serving your friends and family delicious treats! I feel like I have gone Munchmallow crazy!

Benefit Roller Lash Love!

I've discussed this a few times in a few of my YouTube videos but after using this all the time for a while now I have realized how much I absolutely love Benefit Roller Lash mascara and I know it's quite expensive and a few people have said that they wouldn't buy it because of the price but I think it is really worth the investment! You really notice the difference from your previous mascara when you first use this and with the two style brush you are able to build up length from the base of your lashes with the short straight part of the brush and then use the curved edge with more bristles to add volume for a full feathered long lash, it's honestly like magic! Benefit also said that if you use the Benefit They're Real mascara on top you can build up an amazing false lash look, the only down side to this is though that because this mascara is made for building up  it doesn't harden and dry like other mascara  which means it's super soft all day, quite clay like but it does mean you can build it up any time during the day! I haven't tried this mascara with an eyelash curler because it says you don't need one on the packaging but I wonder if it would make them better! I am almost finished this mascara and I'm excited to get my hands on a new one and maybe give They're Real a go on top too!

Lush Honey Bee Bath Bomb!

I love anything honey scented! It's such a yummy smell, I already love every honey scented product lush has to offer including shoot for the stars bath bomb, it's raining men shower gel and honey I washed the kids soap but I had never tried the honey bee bath bomb! Whether I saw it in the shop or online I just seemed to pass over it and I have only just discovered how amazing this smells! I had the package open on my desk for a while and the room was filled with this most amazing honey sweet scent that made me so excited to use it in the bath! Even though I'm not a huge fan of the colour yellow, believe me this turns your bath very yellow, I still loved using it! I wish they had a honey bubble bar that would pair perfectly with this as I ended up using It's Raining Men shower gel for bubbles which was perfectly fine with me as it was a caramel/honey cocktail of yumminess! It smelt amazing, so creamy and sweet! One of my favourite bath bombs and I plan to get many more! I feel honey obsessed!

Perfect Palettes!

I recently realized that I don't own many eye shadow palettes and I decided that I need to get some more but I also realized how much I love the ones I have! None of them are amazing, or high end brands but I love the colours that they are and the pigment that they have! I tend to wear much more neutral light colours but my palettes do have some much darker crazy colours and as silly as it seems i'm never sure how to wear colours such as dark purples so I tend to stick to the light ones as I find them easier to blend and work with!
The first palette I have that I love is No7 Smoky Rose Quad- I love that these eye shadows have a metallic finish they are so shimmery and pretty, I also love the fact that these go on really smoothly but I find that you do have to keep applying it to build up the colour as it goes on very lightly! I use the cream and light pink a lot but the purples make me very nervous especially the darker one which actually looks like dark purple but when I did a swatch it was like a charcoal so I feel like I might be able to use it as a dark charcoal which I feel good about using for a smoky evening look!

The second palette I have is No7 Sultry Eyes- I love this palette, not only are the colours so pretty and really really shimmery! I would say that these are more shimmery than metallic and they have a lot of glitter in them, if I use this one a lot I find the palette gets covered in glitter and when I apply it I wish I had those little under eye stickers that catch the eye shadow dust because it goes every where!! Like I said before the darker purple I don't tend to use but I love the other colours! I also love the fact that this is a rectangular compact with all the colours in a row rather than squished together in a compact!

Lastly I have the Fearne From Dusk to Dawn Night Eyes- I actually only use the gold colour in this palette because its amazing for blending and even though I love the bronze and blue i'm too nervous to use them! They are glittery but the blue one is super glittery!! I think my favorite thing about this palette is the way it looks, it has the cutest floral print on the front and the little beetles imprinted in the shadows and the fact its rectangular just make this too cute!!
