Multi-Masking!

I have heard a few people talking about 'Multi-Masking' and how it's the new skin care secret so I decided that I would take a peek further into this craze and see what it's all about! Multi-Masking is basically where you use two or three face masks at the same time, it's supposed to be able to target exactly what the different parts of your face need depending on the skin problems and condition in that area, for example; if you have a very oily T-Zone you should apply a clay based mask to this area  which includes your nose and forehead and then if you  have dry cheeks and neck then you should use a gel based mask in those areas! Multi-Masking allows you to effectively care for specific areas of your skin that is constantly changing whilst not having to apply a whole mask to parts of your face that don't need it. I decided to give it  a go! I used an anti stress mud pac for ultra deep pore cleanse on my T-zone and Skin Rescue purifying gel mask on my chin and cheeks, I normally only use the gel mask but I decided to pick up a clay mask for my T-zone! I always apply my face masks with a brush as I find it really easy to apply and then I can get it exactly where I want it! I actually didn't mind applying two different face masks to my skin it wasn't any more hassle that just one!
After removing the face masks my skin felt great, I love using both these face masks and I loved using them at the same time, overall I LOVE Multi-Masking, its so much fun and my skin loves it! For anyone who feels like it might be too much hassle, give it a try I honestly didn't feel like it was and it allows you to mix and match for what your skin needs!

Zoella Beauty!

Can I just start this off by saying how amazingly pretty all the Zoella packaging is! I'm one of those people who can be tempted by just the packaging, call me crazy, but I love having all my beauty products displayed in my bathroom and when I saw this packaging I couldn't resist! After being drawn in like a moth to a flame I decided I needed to smell these! I absolutely love the smell, it isn't heavily fragranced but you know that your body is going to smell heavenly after using this! The packaging says that it scent is blueberry and acai berry but I don't think that it smells very fruity, I think that it smells very floral! I have tried to use the foam sweet foam as a bubble bath too, it lathers up well but the bubbles didn't last very long in my bath so I think i'm just going to stick to using it in the shower! I love this and my shower isn't complete without using some of this! When I was trying to see if the foam sweet foam worked well as a bubble bath I used some of the bath fizzers, I used two cubes as they were quite small but they fizzed really well and made my bath smell heavenly! I love the fact that these bath fizzers are in a chocolate/candy bar shape and wrapped like that, its so adorable and pretty! I already want to stock up on  more of these!!

New Found Love For Shellac!

Seeing as I was going away for 2 and a half weeks I decided that I wanted to give shellac a go! I'd heard that it lasts for at least two weeks and with all the different events I had whilst I was there, a wedding and anniversary family weekend away and much more, I thought that shellac would be perfect so that I had pretty looking nails for most of my holiday!  Even though it took a little while for them to paint it and a lot of in and out of the UV light dryer, I was so happy with how they turned out! I'd gone for a french manicure shellac and it was so pretty! About a week into my holiday I gave someone a manicure and a pedicure and I used acetone free nail polish remover and I managed to keep them clean and looking fresh! After two weeks of being on holiday they stated to grow out a little bit and the edges were starting to come up a little bit too but other than that they had stayed perfect! I look back at all the pictures I was in during my holiday and I'm really happy with how my nails looked in all of them and I was really glad I got them done! Now I just have the hard job of trying to get them off, which is a pain no matter what you do! In total my nails lasted 3 weeks, i'd happily get my nails done with shellac again! I love it!
